Uninkue is the brainchild of a 23-year-old struggling student, me! While pursuing my studies in Life Science, I stumbled upon a rediscovered passion for art that had always been lurking beneath the surface. From a young age, I found solace in drawing and creating, and over the years, I developed my own unique ink style, which I now proudly call the “Uninkue style.” It’s a style that combines the simplicity of monochrome with the complexity of emotions, creating a powerful visual language.

Initially, I never considered doing anything with my art beyond a personal hobby. Like many, I believed that a more conventional career path was the only way to secure my future. Life Science seemed like the logical choice, and I embarked on a journey through textbooks and research reports. But life has a way of surprising us. Multiple setbacks and hours spent staring at lab reports, as well as a paper that just did not seem to work out, made me realize that my true joy lay in the ink of a pen, not pages of data. This is a leap of faith, but Im deciding to follow my heart and rekindle my love for art.

Uninkue’s inception was kind of accidental. I found myself messing around with designs on some App during my daily bus rides, experimenting with ideas that had been brewing in my mind. As I brought these creations to life on my phone, I discovered a new level of satisfaction and fulfillment. It was as if the universe was giving me a sign – the time to embrace my ‘Uninkue style’ had come. So, I started refining and redesigning my old sketches. And so, Uninkue was born!
