1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Apparel: You have a period of 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for apparel. Apparel items must be in their original condition and clean to be eligible for a return.
Prints: Prints cannot be returned unless the product is found to be faulty. In such cases, picture proof of the fault must be provided.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please send an email to returns@uninkue.com with the following information:
Your order details (Order number, date and time of purchase).
A brief description of why you are returning the product.
Picture proof (if applicable).
Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Return Process
Upon receiving your return request, we will process it promptly and send you an email confirmation. This email will contain detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

4. Refund Process

For apparel items, we do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an apparel item for a different size or design, please indicate this in your return request. Our customer support team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
