  • Apparel: You have a period of 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for apparel. Apparel items must be in their original condition and clean to be eligible for a return.

  • Prints: Prints cannot be returned unless the product is found to be faulty. In such cases, picture proof of the fault must be provided.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for an eligible item, please send an email to returns@uninkue.com with the following information:

  • Your order details (Order number, date and time of purchase).

  • A brief description of why you are returning the product.

  • Picture proof (if applicable).

Note that apparel and prints will be shipped separately.
